Check Before You Keep It

Every Manera order can be inspected upon delivery. Open the package, check your pieces, and only keep what you love. If something isn’t right, return it with the courier on the spot at no cost.

Return & Exchange Window

After delivery, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags attached and original packaging included
• Order number or invoice provided

Non-Returnable Items

• Undergarments and nursing bras (hygiene reasons)
• Final Sale items
• Customized or altered pieces

Exchanges (Size or Style)

• Pickup and replacement delivery within 3–7 business days
• Your first size exchange is completely free

Refunds

• Online payments: refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the item
• Cash on delivery: refunded in cash, via Instapay, or Vodafone Cash — whichever you prefer — within 7 business days
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is paid by the customer — except for defective items or our error, where we cover everything and refund in full

Received a Defective Item?

We’re sorry — send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp: 01102842578, and we’ll replace it immediately or refund you in full, including shipping.
